Chronic Medical Condition – Initial Consultation includes comprehensive interview, reviewing medical history, diet, lifestyle, supplementation, and health concerns. Client will leave with a list of diet, lifestyle, and supplementation suggestions, along with possible blood, urine, or saliva testing information.
Weight Loss – Initial Consultation – includes comprehensive interview, reviewing medical history, diet, lifestyle, and supplementation. Client will leave with a list of diet, lifestyle, and supplementation suggestions.

Follow-up consultations (Chronic Conditions or Weight Loss) will be scheduled approximately 6 weeks following initial visit. Blood, urine, and/or saliva tests will be reviewed, and new or continuing recommendations will be given. After initial consultation and follow-up, most clients like to return in 1-3 months to tweak recommendations and to stay on track. Consultations may be scheduled as often as necessary, or clients may choose to join the Nutrient Balance Membership Program, in which they are allotted a set amount of emails and phone calls per month to ask questions and tweak their programs.

You will need a Web Cam for video conferencing. Some computers, such as MacBooks, have web cams built in. If you don’t have one, a good inexpensive option is the Logitech C210, available at Amazon via this link:
