What if I can’t make a session? All of the information will be given in an audio recording and handout that you can listen to on your own – you can also email questions directly to me.

How fast will I see results? You will begin to see results within a couple days, however it may take up to several months to achieve your final ideal result depending on your starting point and how fast you want to progress in the program.

Will I have to get one-on-one training afterwards? Many people like to sign up for one-on-one consultations after the three-week training to keep them on track, but the training will give you what you need to work on your own if you’d like.
